Extra Large Baking Pan & Rack Set - USA Pan

USA Pan's Extra Large Sheet Baking Rack Set comes with 2 pieces - one non-stick extra large sheet pan and one extra large sheet bakeable cooling rack that fits seamlessly inside the extra large sheet pan. Both the sheet pan and bakeable cooling rack are temperature rated up to 450°F.

This set is perfect for home bakers looking to make freshly baked cookies, cakes and scones that bake evenly and cool uniformly as well as glazed baked goods. The cooling rack features a steel cross wire design and raised feet which elevate your cookies, breads, cakes and scones into a raised position to promote uniform air flow when baking and cooling.

The sheet pan is made of Aluminized Steel and features a unique fluted design that facilitates air circulation for even baking and maximizes pan strength to help resist warping. The cooling rack is made of commercial quality steel. Both the sheet pan and cooling rack have a patented non-stick silicone coating that is free of PTFE, PFOA and BPA.
